Keep FitThe Club (for men and women) meets in the Village Hall on Friday evenings, from 6.30pm Cheryl Dickson of Body Perfect is the qualified instructor. During the first hour members undertake a range of circuit exercises under Cheryl's guidance. This may be followed by some informal five a side football, volley ball, then followed by a visit to the pub. The last sessions are voluntary!
