===== The Association manages the Village Hall on behalf of the community. The Village Hall consists of a large Main Hall and stage, a Minor Hall, a kitchen and lavatories. The Hall is suitable for dinners, wedding receptions, dances, parties, badminton, concerts and drama. Main HallChairs Available...150 Tables Available...21 Over 100 diners can be seated in comfort and there is room for audiences of over 200. Minor HallSuitable for small groups of up to 35/40. Tea/coffee making facilities. Small tables (8) and upholstered chairs. StageThe large stage has sound and lighting boards, tape, cd and pa systems, spotlights and stage lighting. Full curtaining. FacilitiesAccess to the Internet is available anywhere within the building. Cooker, microwave, kettle, refrigerator/freezer and chiller. Cutlery, wine glasses, full range of crockery. Toilets The Main Hall is serviced by male, female and disabled facilities. The Minor Hall has its own toilet facilities adjacent. Heating The Halls have central heating. Users pay one pound per hour (coin box) Access There is car parking space at the front (with disabled access) and also at the rear of the Hall. Introduction 1.1 Reynoldston Village Hall is available for hire for activities which have association with the village and/or the surrounding Gower area. 1.2 The hall is owned by Reynoldston Village Hall Association and is administered by a team of volunteers who look after such things as cleaning, maintenance etc 1.3 The hall comprises two separate, but connecting, units : the main hall and the minor hall. Each can be used independently with separate facilities. The main hall has a seated capacity of 180 with sixteen large tables. Modern kitchen facilities are provided (cooker/refrigerator/serving areas) and also good toilet facilities : including facilities for the disabled. 1.5 The main hall also incorporates a well equipped stage area. High quality sound and lighting facilities are also available. Usage of these is not automatically included in a booking, and the detailed requirements of hirers should be discussed at the time of booking. 1.6 The main hall is therefore ideal for stage productions, exhibitions, dances, wedding receptions, parties and recreation uses. 1.7 The minor hall is a recently refurbished room providing an excellent venue for small group meetings, with seating for typically 20 to 30 people in comfort. Tea and coffee making facilities, small tables, projector screen, electric organ and washing up facilities form an integral part. 2. For the Disabled 2.1 Ramp access is provided from the car park. 2.2 Toilet facilities are immediately adjacent to the main hall area. 2.3 Access to and from the minor hall is not easy for the wheelchair disabled : help would normally be required. 3. Insurance 3.1 The hall premises are fully insured, but it is the responsibility of hirers to ensure that they have adequate third party / public liability insurance cover for the specific events and activities for which it is planned to use the hall. 4. Fire Regulations 4.1 The hall complies fully with relevant fire regulations including those necessary for the holding of its entertainment licence. 5. Alcohol 5.1 The hall is not licensed for the sale of alcohol. 5.2 For events where the sale of alcohol is planned, it is the responsibility of the hirer to secure the necessary licences and authorities : remember that there is a not insignificant lead time for these procedures. 6. Heating 6.1 Heating costs are not included in the hire charges. 6.2 Separate coin operated systems are installed for each hall, and the usage is approximately one pound per hour. The coin boxes are located at the rear of the stage. 7. Cleanliness 7.1 Every effort is made to ensure that the hall is in a clean and tidy state ready for the commencement of hires. 7.2 Equally, hirers are required to leave the hall in a clean and tidy state, including the removal of all rubbish bags and bins. Supplementary charges may be made if special cleaning is required after a hirer's use of the premises. 8. Hire Charges 8.1 Hire Charges are calculated on a sessional basis. A session is a morning, afternoon or evening. 8.2 Main Hall £20.00 per session (includes use of tables, chairs, stage and kitchen)

Payment 9.1 Full payment is normally required at the time of submitting the booking form. 9.2 For regular users, the frequency of payment is by arrangement.
