Keep Fit Classes



Fitness classes are held weekly at Reynoldston Village Hall. These classes are suitable for all ages and fitness conditions. Currently, the youngest class member is nineteen, the eldest is over eighty. Under the watchful eye of Fitness Coach, Chris, you will be introduced to a variety of exercises and simple equipment all designed to exercise different parts of your body.

You work at your own pace and have a number of breaks during the hour session.

There is therefore time for a chat and an opportunity to meet up with fellow participants from across Gower.These classes are not gymnasium based but instead offer a variety of interesting exercises, involving moving in a circuit from one exercise to another using steps, balls, mats, weights, rubber bands…..and all with background music !

Participants also gain the advantage of exercising in a very large Hall.

When and How Much ?

Mondays from 6.30pm – 7.30pm

Wednesdays from 9.00am – 10.00am

You are most welcome to attend all classes or just one per week.

Class Costs

 These classes are self –supporting. They do not receive any support from the Local Authority. Therefore, the Instructor’s fee and Hall rental has to be paid for from members’ membership fees and weekly subscriptions.

Morning Classes: £4 per session and £5 per quarter membership fee.

Evening Class: £3 per session and £20 each ten weeks membership fee (or £5 per session)

Special arrangements for visitors.

You can come along for a trial class. You just pay the appropriate class fee. Your membership fee applies on your second and subsequent visits.
